The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. The location is in a nicer area of town and all around a good hotel
This location was under construction to bwcome home2 so it wasn't in tip top shape to comment on the interior look. The locatiom is great because it is near i75 surronding malls ,restaurants , grocers, pharmacy and movie theater. Breakfast is pretty standard. Pricing for after hours snacks were outrageously high. Overall room was clean and comfy. Bed was great to sleep on. This location does not have a pool.
The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was good. The hotel was under a lot of construction though. I really liked it.
Staff was AMAZING. Horel was having a make over so the accommodations were a little loud but the staff was so helpful and genuine. We were there helping with FEMA and with the hotel being completely full the staff never faltered. They were great with all requests and were even awesome with the Furbaby guests
Loved the room very comfortable and clean. Lots of renovation going on no pool, no work out facility. But room and bed VERY comfortable!!
It is clean, good service, great free breakfast, nice and comfortable beds. Even tough it is not really fancy and new, they keep it in good shape. The staff is friendly.
I only stayed for the night so I couldn't tell you anything major. But concierge was nice, price was reasonable, room was really good for the price, but it's a bit of a hole in the wall as far as location. Free Wi-Fi is always nice, and they had free breakfast in the morning. It's a great hotel for the price.
Absolutely beautiful, newly, renovated room with refrigerator/freezer combo, full size microwave, great roomy kitchen area, pull-out desk work area, comfortable bed, nice sitting area, overlook the remodeling going on and you're sure to be pleased with your room! This is a five star ⭐ room!!!!
